That's why we offer you a 5-year guarantee. We also want to make it as easy as possible for you. Not only when you order something, but also when you want to cancel or return your order.

Fast delivery

We will dispatch your flyscreen as quickly as possible. Do you place your order before midday on working days? We will dispatch your fly screen the same day. Do you order in the afternoon or at the weekend? Then it sometimes takes a day longer. Please note that customised curtains have a different delivery time. On the product page and in the e-mail confirmation, you can find out how long your customised fly screen is expected to take to reach you.

Delivery or collection of your fly screen

We always ship your fly curtain free of charge. We use DPD for this: one of the most reliable delivery services in the world. DPD delivers Monday to Friday between 8 am and 7 pm.

Track your parcel
You will receive a code from us. With this code you can see on the DPD website where your parcel is and when the delivery driver will be by. Not at home? Then DPD will deliver the parcel the next day. The parcel will then be sent to a collection point near you.

Cancel order

Have you changed your mind or made a mistake? Then you can cancel your order on the same day by sending an email to info@flycurtain-expert.co.uk/. Do you want to wait longer? Then we have often already handed over your flyscreen to our delivery service. In this case, you can return your order.

Return or exchange of fly curtains

Not satisfied? You can return your fly curtain within 14 days. You then have the option of having the purchase price refunded or choosing another curtain. You must bear the costs for the return yourself. Customized fly curtains are an exception. We do not take these back unless there is a fault. In this case, you will of course receive a new curtain under our guarantee scheme.

How to return your fly curtain

Make sure the fly curtain is in its original packaging Print out the return form(pdf), fill it in and put it in the box Stick a note with our address on the box. This is Fly Curtain Expert, Binnendijk 5a, 5705 CH HELMOND. Please do not write on the box! Take the parcel to a delivery service of your choice, or drop it off free of charge at our warehouse in Helmond (Netherlands). This is possible on working days between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. We will refund the purchase price as soon as we have processed your return.

Return conditions

We have some conditions for returns: We do not take back customized curtains unless there is something wrong with them. You have 14 days. This starts as soon as you receive the parcel. The curtain is unused and undamaged in its original packaging. We do not accept unstamped parcels.

Guarantee

All our products come with a 5-year guarantee. There is one important condition: the fly screen must be handled with care. On our instructions page you can read how to assemble, hang, clean and store your fly screen. Of course, there can always be a mistake at the factory or something can go wrong during transport. In such cases, we will refund the full purchase price.

How to claim the warranty

Look for your proof of purchase. You will always need this to make a warranty claim as it tells us what you ordered and when. Send an email with the proof of purchase to info@flycurtain-expert.co.uk Explain what is wrong. Include photos if necessary to clarify your story. Also let us know what number we can contact you on. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Are you entitled to a guarantee? Then we will refund the full purchase price.

Complaints and feedback
